Yeah I don’t have the patience to be making two things but I’m getting good at hiding vegetables in food. Like a child. Can’t believe my life has got to the point where I get a night to myself and all I want is a courgette

Most things just require being chopped dead small, it’s those that are a bit more squishy like courgette and aubergine I struggle with
