Wish my work had an option to do a half day after you’ve been off (short term) sick. I had mon and tues off and I’m exhausted. Maybe I should have just called in sick again

Had scampi and chips, decent. Going to continue working into evening because I’m working from home the last couple of days and can’t shake the guilt that people think i’m not doing anything. Also working on some extracurricular activities. Kind of feel like I’ve overbooked myself again and things are about to get hectic but can’t be sure

Having a bit of a rubs day tbh. Nothing has actually happened per se, just feeling a bit down but that’s to be expected innit. Cleaned the house and made that nice pasta at least, but kept sitting down to do one of my hobbies like painting or whatever and just couldn’t. I’m sure it’ll pass.
Keep feeling really guilty I’ve not rung my nanna in ages so go to pick up my phone and then I’m like “oh right, yeah.”

Yeah, I’m dreading going back in and doing a 9hr shift until 11pm tomorrow. Have told my boss I’m not at 100% mind and not to expect mountains being moved

Thankfully my boss said something along the lines of “I’m not expecting you to be back at full speed today” but I’m knackered just from sitting in front of a laptop all day even though I got very little done. And that’s me with a physically easy sitting down job. I’d struggle with 9hrs even on a good day

Had a great day. I did a presentation to a lot of people and got told I did it v well. Also been checking in boots for the fenty beauty lip stain and finally found one in the colour I wanted!!!
Bit hot still tho
