Yeah, same. It’s sad but I’m really happy for the guys. I think they might meet each other in Vietnam so I look forward to the pictures.

Ah, your mate is back this weekend? You’ll return from Girl Band straight into a party!

One is gone until the end of April, the other indefinitely. I’ll just have to visit him in Vietnam!

Watching Park Chan Wook’s Joint Security Area. It’s nowhere near as good as any of his other films.

yeah i was slightly disappointed by how similar they were! was hoping the book would be a bit more fleshed out (hurrhurr flesh) because the film does feel a bit short in places. did they re-edit it at all? i have a really vivid memory of seeing much more of the terrible devil costume in the film but you barely saw it when i rewatched.

must be thinking of a different film. really thought you saw a full frontal of the devil thing and it looked ridiculous. although i did once fall asleep watching rosemary’s baby and dream an alternative ending where she threw the baby out of the window and then wasn’t sure if that was the real ending or not for some time.

In Cardiff for work which sucks the night before valentines when the only option is MacDonald’s or sit in a restaurant with a million couples. Still I’ve ended up in las iguanas where I’ve got the most amazing halloumi skewers with sweet potato fries and a strawberry daiquiri so I don’t care too much now. Think I might be forced into room service tomorrow night :frowning:

At the Clayton hotel next to the main train station. I quite like Cardiff, normally enjoy a walk down to the bay but it was like a ghost town tonight.
