Spent today almost falling asleep driving on the M4, sleeping, watching cycling and catching up with life after Green Man festival. Got a curry going on and university challenge. Will watch GoT later (the TV watched it earlier, but I fell asleep)

I’m glad too :slight_smile: I always thought I wouldn’t make it out of my twenties for whatever reason so I proved myself wrong and everything else is now a nice bonus

I had the day off which actually turned into a bad MH day so bit of a waste. I still managed to do 2 gym classes but it’s not helped at all with feeling less anxious…hmm.

They were filming during one of my classes and the teacher asked me if it was ok to film me run and I said yes but realised after that I had terrible panda eyes

I literally haven’t left my hotel room all day. Had some work to do and had a pizza delivered, watched GoT in bed instead of catching an evening film. Lol.

I’m watching NCIS now, I can really never get past how weird this show is.
