I did manage to do 5:2 for 2 months, lost a stone and a half and only stopped because the kitchen got redecorated
so I know I CAN do it, and having got through 2 days of desperation I feel like I must be able to get through another 2 days, and eventually there’ll be a point where I don’t miss it or wouldn’t want much in any case…
Think I’ll make myself go next week though, no excuses.
