Against. Much rather a cold pasty than scorchio.

I did experience what is was like to be Seann Walsh for a minute or so. There is that.

It was an appalling experience.

Racking them up today.

People audibly singing along to whatever shite they’re listening to on the train.

I don’t do it when I’m listening to Godspeed! Etc… Kindly do me the same courtesy.

Ah, but the thing is if it was not scorching hot then it wouldn’t be safe to eat either - food hygiene standards mean hot food has to be held over a certain temperature (I forget the figure) to remain safe from just being a big bacteria incubator. So it is either stupid hot pasty with no significant chance of making you sick or a cold pasty. Pasties reheated to order isn’t so practical at train stations either as people generally want a quick transaction to get their food.

Well, this is new info to me! Makes complete sense putting it like that, I guess I need to stop paying £5.49 for a piping hot pasty…

That sounds more like bus behaviour. Absolutely not acceptable on the railway.

when you’re reading a thread from the bottom up and it has to load a bunch of posts and then jumps you up to some random point in the thread

irked

when you’re reading a long thread in the right order but are way behind the latest post to the extent that you won’t get to the end in one sitting, and you can’t decide whether to respond to an old post and lose your place or carry on reading and miss out on 3 likes.

really annoying when the discourse pricks disabled the “keep thread place after reply” option

even more annoying when they told everyone they were using the forum wrong when we complained about it

Ah the “magic box” approach in action

disney+ got added onto ps4 and it means that netflix is no longer the default first position tile so i can’t just click click to fire up netflix i have to click then toggle over one square then click. you can’t reorder them either.

irked.
