Finally watched this last night after it popped up on my Amazon Prime. It is impressively much worse than I was expecting. Martin Amis co-wrote the screenplay and it’s a neat trick to take out everything that made the novel enjoyable and leave a 100 minute long music video/noir cliche project in its place. In addition to the billed cast, Johnny Depp is also in this in an uncredited role and he’s every bit as good as you would expect late career Depp to be when playing a cockney gangster :+1:

I note that this has 0 (ZERO) percent on Rotten Tomatoes, which I think is probably about fair…
