Make guac and salsa all the time. Some of the original and best
For the salsa, I remove the inners of the tomatoes (seeds etc) before dicing.

Hmmm, I’d like to try that. As in like heavy cream and yogurt added? Seems like a good veggie dip. Might have to explore more.
