Favourite Field Music "production" album

by which I mean any and all Field Music albums and associated albums (School of Language, Week That Was etc etc).

My stock answer was always Tones of Town but Frozen By Sight (the album that Peter Brewis did with Paul Smith of Maximo Park) is really quite brilliant and may well have usurped ToT.

Tones of Town. But so much brilliance elsewhere.

I think there’s a Slug album sneaking out before the Field Music album too.

The Week That Was for me Clive, closely followed by Plumb and Common Time.

Such a talented bunch of lads.

This is fun… the “Whatcha listening to, FM?” playlist on Spotify
