have recently moved from:
Radox shower gel, but not the “For Men” one because it smells really musty and that’s what I’m trying to avoid by showering, YSCs.
Head and Shoulders combined shampoo/conditioner, because I have to.
Pantene shampoo because it makes my hair nice, Alberto Balsam conditioner because it’s cheap.

the dove is a nightmare to scrub off IMO.

In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

I generally use that Radox one because it’s nearly always on offer and I appreciate it is both a shower gel and shampoo (though I suspect that it is, in essence, no different to any of the other shower gels that don’t claim to be shampoos).
Shampoo and conditioner are Albert bassong or something. I like them shower gels that have a bit of sand or something in them. Rough you up but in a nice way.
I use whatever’s on offer in the supermarket.
