This is a really good channel, I love it. Her videos are about her life as a homemaker, with no talking, and its so adorable and relaxing and beautifully put together with nice messages about slowing down and appreciating little things in life

Good video from Adam Ragusea about the pitfalls of getting stuff wrong on the internet. Quite personal and he talks about some drug abuse issues he had in the past

His food videos are decent. Some of the recipies have gotten a bit too wacky as of late but his background in journalism means he can make great stuff like these two:

shiey, an urban explorer of (mostly) Soviet Cold War era bunkers and stuff. Does a couple of trips to Pripyat/Chernobyl also.

No idea why the YouTube algo thought I’d be interested in this, but I’ve been hooked recently. Proceed with caution if you are in any way claustrophobic.

Short (15-20 minute) videos on defunct stuff. Lots of theme park rides. The Times Square Toys R Us one is good as well.

My 22 year old mate sends me you tubes sometimes. 15 minutes?! As if I’m going to watch all that. Only really use YouTube for music videos/concerts and the log fire.

Most of my YT watching is 10 min+ vids! Love the format, can get some really interesting stuff in that time frame without it feeling like a whole episode of a TV show or like too much of a commitment. Also watch multiple video essays over 40 mins

I semi agree with this but there are some really good channels for stuff I am interested in and I’d often much much rather watch 20 minutes of that, than scroll through the TV guide and watch another 20 year old episode of some shite or whatever. Just a case of finding something/someone who you connect with.

I just don’t have the attention span for a 10+min video! Give me a 600 page book or a 6 hour long period drama and I’m all for it, but can’t be doing with these long winded youtubing things.

Yeah you have to find your own stuff I reckon, rarely if ever am I watching a video more than 2 mins long on someone else’s recommendation
