Little Women Parasite Marriage Story Jojo Rabbit Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood The Irishman Joker 1917
Not watching the car one obviously
May I ask why Marriage Story was rubbish? Been tempted to watch it.
It’s perfectly fine. A nice Sunday evening film. It’s well made but incredibly straightforward and functional, not a very interesting choice for best picture really
Rewatching Gaspar Noe films. I Stand Alone is better than I remember. But rough around the edges (and it’s impossible to easily get a decent quality version of it?) but I thought there was a lot to like.
‘Love’ on the other hand… oh dear. Hadn’t seen it before today but that is one absolute disaster. Don’t often describe films as self indulgent, but that is exactly what it is. Very dull too.
It says utterly nothing other than “these two people were in love, now they aren’t” and doesn’t even say that in an interesting way
Looks like a Bergman remake for Wes Anderson fans
Zhang Yimou’s most recent, Shadow, is on Netflix. Dont think it got a UK theatrical release. It’s fantastic.
Was watching dinner and parents had Pan on. Genuinely the shittest film I’ve seen in years.
The Dark Tower is on now and I have no idea what’s going on
You look like a Bergman remake for Wes Anderson fans
Guys, Ford v Ferrari is actually a decent film and you’re not getting any badges in the post for not watching it.
Do kinda enjoy how film threads are basically the music board circa 2005.
See, written like that it makes sense. Strange that the film doesn’t try to do something similar.
It is, though Josh Lucas’ character in it is hilariously panto villain
