Can’t seem to sleep much beyond 730 anymore, fucking sunlight
Only two set plans are making pancakes for first time in a while and seeing a (hopefully cool) flat. But also trying to fit in reading, records, buying a laptop, booking birthday plans etc etc etc

Kiddo is sick so I haven’t slept for 2 nights really. Terrible weekend.
Gonna go get some nice bread and maybe a bun then try and survive the rest of the day.

Morning Scout et al,
I’m showered and ups. 3rd 5am wake up in a row from mini this morning, Mr s_w got up with her, I had another couple of hours and then a shower, have come down and she’s fast asleep on the sofa. So Mr s_w has gone back bed for an hour and I’m going to have a coffee and be very quiet while she sleeps.
Today, weathers looking ok so off to Buxton we will go. Looking forward to a wander and maybe getting some nice soap/similar treat from Wild Olive which is lovely. Coffee and cake too somewhere of course and a wander round the park.

The little man slept from about 11-2 then again from 3-5:30 and then again from about 6-8
That’s the most sleep he’s ever done and we both feel somewhat rested and normal this morning. No excuses for me not to clean the flat and take the bins out then I guess

Morning all!
We’ve ended up with too many plans for any respectable Sunday: Cheer is early today and then we’ve got a second viewing of a house that I’m not entirely sure why Wor Lass booked but then neglected to cancel (estate agents are closed, obviously). After that I’ve got to get groceries for the week and The Child needs a hair wash/ restyle. Wor Lass is technically at work all day so I’m on call too.
Also forgot I’ve got to ring the bank because my card got declined twice making internet bookings last night.

Morning! Miserable weather here, and all the roads around here are blocked off because of Brighton Half Marathon, so I’m feeling a bit claustrophobic today.
Might take the clippers to my hair and shave most of it off

I had a great day yesterday.
A few drinks around London Bridge, football with Palace winning 3-0, then a big get together/birthday party meaning I didn’t get home to 1am, having been out since 10am.
Surprisingly I’m feeling pretty wide awake today. Might head to gym.

Been panic reading Trust ahead of my first book club meeting at 3pm, so far come to the conclusion it’s good and I should have started it last week instead of the book I did read!
Swimming at 10, home for lunch and more book, then the book club and then a zoom with my friends in America and Ireland. An exciting day!

Morning troops. Went out dancing with some friends and it was fun. It had been so long since we’d all been out I think the language of what to do didn’t quite work. Also, I’d forgot how annoying drunk people can be (not my party but a random person stole my glasses before putting them back on).
Now having a coffee and playing assassin’s creed.
