Sorry for bailing so early, all. Was already on quite a ferocious hangover and I’d had a bloody mary, a pint, and only a small sandwich prior to joining. UNWISE, numbers, unwise.

Oh no, did they fuck it up? I had a not-great experience with them but everyone else I’ve spoken to raves about them so I assumed I was just a fussy grump.

The one i had was v. decent to be fair: but the waiting times quickly jumped up from 15 minutes to 40. Think they had a few people bulk ordering which they struggled to cope with.

Were they reasonably polite/contrite? They were incredibly rude to me when they fucked up my order in a similar fashion a while back.
