Last Forest game was a 2-1 win v Boro in August. Got to see Assombalonga have a total nightmare. Lovely stuff.

Got season tickets for Chicago Fire, think I missed 2 of 18 possible home games last year. Obviously didn’t go to any away matches, fuck that!

Tickets are about $280 each, although our ticket rep (that’s a thing here, his name is Charlie) is getting us a discount. It costs $10 per car to park, public transport is not an option as the stadium isn’t even in the city. Beer is expensive but you can drink in your seat and there’s a couple of great local beers available alongside the usual swill.

I’m hoping to see a couple of other teams play next year, Minnesota is an option I guess.

  1. Boxing Day last year.
  2. None. I no longer live nearby and feel guilty buggering off to the Racecourse for a few hours when I’m visiting my parents for a weekend. None of the away games have been convenient this year either.
  3. Depends. Home games probably £30ish (ticket, petrol, chips at half time). Away games considerably more.
  4. Been to a couple of Cardiff City games this season, plus all the Wales home internationals.
