Yeah. That Jemma Freeman album is excellent.

I used to work around Hackney for a number of years until June. There’s a leaving do for an old workmates at a nearby pub beforehand. I’ll try not to get too hammered before Jemma Freeman or your set.

Just an FYI, comic writer Kieron Gillen just plugged the new FIghtmilk song.

So Kieron Gillen (esteemed and music savvy comics writer) has Fightmilk as his 4th favourite song of the year.

  1. I’m Starting To Think You Don’t Even Want To Go Into Space – Fightmilk
    No handclaps, but there is a part of me which always is going to root for anything which sounds like it was a Fierce Panda single, with an overlong title, a mixture of fuzz and melancholy and a whole lot of geek namedropping references, but also a whole lot of geek namedropping references as a metaphor . Metaphors are amazing. “Watching interstellar/didn’t make it better” has some pure 2020 feels.
