I’m struggling between the choice of new film I really want to watch and one of my favourite ever films (but I watched it fairly recently). Almost impossible to decide, happy if it gets decided for me but if it is still deadlocked at 6pm I’ll try.

Btw, you weren’t marked on the live chat poll, just wanted to make sure if that was right or a mistake?

Yes I’ve got a dilemma because I watched pom poko recently but think it would be a good film club film. I don’t mind changing my vote closer to 6 if required if you don’t want to break the tie.

This is a very tough decision with it still being tied.

Short Term 12 I’ve d slays heard really good things about, has a hell of a cast, laelfy will watch it. A more serious option.

Pom Poko is hilarious and affecting (like genuinely heart-rending in places), vibrant and full of so many awesome details and ideas. Also if we are talking casts, I know some are subs purists but the dub is absolutely stellar for this (probs because they went all top tier voice actors rather than bigger stars). I think it would be very fun to watch together with all of you (except not all if laelfy isn’t so keen, but then there is always the bonus Rudy edition…)

I’ll just get R to bed and then try to somehow decide
