Edge of Seventeen
The Big Short
Fighting with my Family
50/50
Step Up 2
Knives Out
A mixture of films I haven’t seen and a couple that are a bit silly and therefore probably ok for a casual watch. You might have already realised I’m not into anything too serious.
Also wasn’t too sure if most people have amazon prime, happy to scrap that option if not
the @filmclubbers tag didn’t seem to work there (at least I had no notification, and it doesn’t appear in the shaded text) so giving it another go.
I do have Amazon Prime fwiw, and recommend Knives Out!
Urgh, somehow managed to make the poll anonymous, let’s try again! @filmclubbers

Can’t believe it’s 30 editions already
voting for the only one i’ve not seen
Oh that is unlucky
wow there are 6 films and a tv series in the sucu (step up cinematic universe)
can i follow it without seeing step up 1
I think the 6th film is a Chinese one so I haven’t seen it, nor the tv series. The quality of the each film decreases I’m afraid with each new edition
There is only one character the same between the two (Channing Tatum) and even then he is crowbarred in for five minutes at the beginning. So I think you’ll be fine, plot isn’t really important
Scandalous to shorten the title and remove the obvious vague pun therrin
Like just referring to “Break Dance 2”
Thankyou for mansplaining Step Up films to me Theo
I didn’t explain anything, I merely expressed an opinion.
I know the films well and have never referred to them by their full names, but thanks for letting me know!
At no point did I suggest you didn’t know. Can’t believe you’d even think I imagined you didn’t?
It’s just clearly one of the very best sequel titles, Electric Boogaloo is top but yeah, Step Up 2: The Streets has always been up there. A, true fave.
This is wonderful information. If it wins I hope you’ll be able to join us
Oh wait, you meant the title, not the film
