I went to a theme park today and went on loads of scary rides, haven’t been to a proper theme park in ages and it was so fun :star_struck: I have a reoccurring nightmare that I’m being attacked or stuck in a fire and I can’t scream and my voice gets choked, but after today I know that I really can and that was a huge relief

I have nightmares where I can’t scream or run too. I think it’s because my sleeping brain knows that my body can’t move or scream, because I’m asleep, so that enters my dreams

Ever had sleep paralysis where you wake up and try to scream but you can’t and you spend ages trying to say “help me!” but it just comes out as mmhgmfmmm really quietly. Scary scary shit!
