afternoon
like yesterday, I set an alarm for 8am to get back into a more normal sleeping pattern. got up at half 12
in my defence, next door were having some kind of party and didn’t stfu until about 3, so I barely slept til then.
has somewhat ruined my plans of going to the shops nice and early though, wanted to get some new trainers before the shops got too busy
plus I’ve just had breakfast but already kind of fancy lunch, and I won’t be able to sleep properly tonight so that’s another messed up night’s sleep too
