My house purchase is taking forever to complete so I’m having to spend another week staying in my Parents spare room and having my Mum cook me my all my meals just like like when I was a kid.

I don’t say this as any authority on wall/plaster maintenance, only that I’m currently renovating my new (actually old) house…but if you’re spending a whole day filling/sanding two walls, you probably need to get the thing totally re-plastered.

However I paid £180 for a whole room the other week up in sunny Doncaster…don’t even want to think what it might cost elsewhere

It took me about 45 minutes to do 2 walls and there’s hardly anything else which needs doing, I just have the attention span of a goldfish and am extremely lazy
