an old school beef casserole with carrots and peas in it and a really rich gravy/ sauce served with mash is a thing to treasure

I had a Flake Mint once

Gross but people still eat it, it used to be on the menu in the canteen a few times a year at the last place I worked.

The process for making Cadbury Flake is a closely guarded secret and no other chocolate manufacturer has ever managed to recreate it.
