Dunno what it is, but that packaging makes it look like something you’d clean a sink with.

Before lockdown I’d gotten into a habit of eating meat quite a lot, so I’m loving the fact I’ve ben forced back on to the veggie wagon and have passed the week or so I need to stop craving it. Just got obsessed with lasagne for a few weeks.

Started making fried chicken:

First attempt (burned)

Third attempt (good)

Actually really nice, but I’m terrified of ever doing it again lest I set fire to the kitchen. We don’t have any fire extinguisher so it would be Very Bad. Visions of this:

when I first started working from home, the week before I got a pack of mini sausage rolls to have the following week at lunchtime, thought it’d be a nice treat. been having them on and off with lunch ever since, well nice.

the water at the end does me every time.

have you ever experienced it when you dip one in a cup of tea for just the right amount of time and it goes a bit gooey in the middle? incredible.
