Free coffee - Waitrose

yeah - I think it’s because when I was little and I went shopping with my mum we would always get a sandwich from M&S - and I would always get prawn and mayo as it felt like impossible luxury.

later on I would always get the BLT/ Prawn/ Chicken triple - cos you got an extra sandwich

I don’t really get sandwiches too much any more but I know what you mean. My mum would always take me to the M&S cafe if we were having lunch at the shops and we’d get the sandwich selection that would be cut into 4 triangles.

I also associate Sainsburys with those big cookies from the bakery section as my mum would always open up a bag as we did the big shop.

meow, there’s a new branch of Nusa opening near Moorgate today and they’re giving away free soup!!!

This gives me a good idea for a thread…

WHATTTTTTTTTTT
ITS MALAYAN CORN CHOWDER DAY I WAS GOING ANYWAYYYYY

I have a little flyer here. Address is 1 Masons Avenue, 15 Basinghall Street, EC2V 5BT (looks like it’s near the Old Doctor Butlers Head). I will be going at noon!!!

This one is 1 minute closer to my work. Still a 13 minute walk tho. The things I do for Nusa. I’m gonna try to get me some free soup. Do you need the flyer?

I’ve no idea, it says “free soup for all” on it and doesn’t say you need it.

Also their Twitter has a picture of a poster with free soup up:

SOUPPPPPPP!!!
Ok i’m gonna give it a go! Thanks Niki!

I’ll bring my wallet, just in case.

I have loads of these flyers BTW.

Meet in front of Nusa at 12:15 PM?

I hope they’ll still give me my double bread. I need one for the walk back to the office!

#NO SOUP FOR YOU!
