It definitely hurt that Spurs have finished above us in the league but they deserved their champions league final place and even though I wouldn’t have looked forward to all my spurs mates gloating if they won tonight I wouldn’t have begrudged the team.

Think it’s a mix of him being a bit annoying and the constant chat of how great a guy he is that causes the real annoyance. Like if everyone went on about how guardiola was really fun and likeable it would make me much angrier at how much of a weird psychopath he is

been thinking about those fireworks you mentioned earlier btw. the same thing happened here but the more I think about it the weirder it seems. the thought of some guy rushing out to his shed on the final whistle to let off some rockets for an audience of, realistically, 8 people max, has deeply irritated me
