As with Stoke it’ll happen one season very suddenly. They’ll vanish to their natural environment between the Championship and League 1, and we’ll be left frowning when we open the history books and discover Phil Bardsley was playing at the top level with a club for 4+ seasons.

4? He’s never been contracted to a club not in the Premier League

Hey, look!

If Stoke had stuck with pulis they’d still be in the prem.

As soon as ol’ wormeater goes to Everton or they get too big for their boots and sack him they’re down, obviously.

They stayed up a couple years without him tbf

Glenn Whelan and Jonny Walters leaving was their true downfall. Not sure who Burnley’s equivalents are. Westwood and Barnes perhaps

Trevor Smith and Captain Lee ‘blunderbuss’ Bradbury

The new but fiery Ireland/Luxembourg rivalry was played out in the CONFERENCE LEAGUE today

Bohs take that 0-1 lead back to the Aviva stadium next week

Meanwhile Dundalk are thanking the scrapping of away goals - they’ve conceded two to Levadia Tallinn while at home*

*at Shamrock Rovers’ Tallaght Stadium because they never put a cent out of either of their Europa League group stage appearances into their own ground.

Palace could go either way imo

Viera has got disaster written all over it but I really like their approach of signing the best championship players like Eze, Guehi and Olise.

Bye then!

Agreed it could go either way. But I still don’t get that everyone thinks he will be a disaster. He’s worked his way through.

Man City under 23s
Did well at NYC
Got Nice into the Europa League, before it fell apart when his best players were sold off and lots of games.

Players like him a lot apparently, the complete opposite to de Boer.

Yup exactly, it’s complete BOLLIX

just like I was saying, he’s not even very good and we’re better off without him!
