New Overhead, the Albatross.

I bought the new album at the London gig and it’s really good. Not on wide release till November.

Some very pretty post rock.

Hanry - Ether

Very pretty post rock on Pelagic Records.

I’m keeping an eye on this. Very few details and bands announced for a three-day festival in January. But I like what they are trying to do.

I’d be going if I wasn’t working :frowning:
Overhead, the albatross and Fort have me interested.

Only four bands announced, and the descriptions sound half arsed. Got cancelled written all over it

I’m interested in this also. But agree that its coming up pretty soon for so few details to be available, so wonder if it will end up happening…

There’s a lad from Bristol calls himself A Knife Ballet. Some of the music is a kind of Raidohead infulenced stuff but the rest of it is orchestral post rock and he’s really so much better at that.

Jon is great. Before A Knife Ballet the project was called The Holy Road and I made a music video for him -

That’s a great song and a very simple but very clever video. Really like both.

Thanks! Made my kitchen smell of burning paper for ages.

Jon is working on a record at the moment, he’s been sending me bits and it sounds massive. I hope he can finish it this year, but he takes his time!
