Knackered this morning due to spending far too much time trying to fix some code which was supposed to resuscitate my blog. Also ended up talking to a guy about a crypto based company and I may have inadvertently agreed to help.

Will try and stop by the DiS Meat but like more or less every weekend recently I have a fair bit of travelling ahead of me. so I can probably only have a swift one.

Friend of mine went to a wedding where the vicar was a relative of the bride and just got told to organise the ceremony bit however was good. So she took it as an opportunity to bust out all the bell, book and candle stuff she didn’t normally get a chance to do, like some sort of exorcism/wedding hybrid.

Ooooo… maybe it will!! Do you reckon it’s okay for it to be overhanging like that? It started it’s life as a cutting from my bf’s office mate and it lived in a pot for years and years and didn’t really grow much, I repotted it at the start of the summer and it’s gone a bit bonkers :face_with_raised_eyebrow: I’m wondering if I made a bad pot choice.

Did you see I’ve been making macrame things recently? Well, when I say things I mean hangers… the thing is I don’t really know where to begin with hanging them up! I’ve got quite a few good windows I could put them up on but I’m overwhelmed Em… I don’t know where to begin. :scream:

Alright. Its my birthday and my brother got my a snes mini as a surprise. I’ve got the day off work so I’ll staying in playing that and then off to pub later. But sadly not the dis drinks.

Yeah I think they are meant to overhang like that. You can just cut any bits you don’t like, leave them out for a few days to heal the end, and then replant them in the same pot though to rearrange them.

Such knowledge. I wish you were my bf. I keep on asking him plant questions and every single time he says “I don’t know!” He’s useless Em, it’s like he expects me to actually read up on it myself (I do, sometimes).

Aw, well thank you anyway.

That’s pretty cool he bred them! Over the years he must have had quite the collection!! I can’t wait until I’m 50 and have (hopefully) kept some alive… they’ll potentially be huge! With my luck all my cacti are the kind that don’t grow very big :frowning:

Do you have any that are cuttings from his? Or did he pass on any of his cacti to you?
