Aww man sorry brother. Being able to see him one last time possibly I’m sure meant a lot to him and your GF. Thoughts to you and yours.

Thanks NY, iPerv, Gnomey.

I’m going to miss him, he was more of a friend than family. He told us to keep his jazz collection after he’s gone. My GF said I was the only person to make him laugh since he got sick.

I’m just rambling here, pretty teary tbh.

How was the move champ? Do it yourself or did you get Men?

Did it ourselves. Last time we’re doing that. My wife has far too much shit.

Bet he has some sweet records in that collection. Always something to remember him by.

Facking hell m9

I’ve been working 12 hour helldays for about 3 months, moved house, had flu for two weeks, and as of this evening have a week off work. I’m doing my best

Curry has arrived and it’s as if the chef has added a ton of really dry pepper to it- it doesn’t have the roundness of fresh :hot_pepper: and it’s catching in my throat. Disgruntled!! I’m a total SPICE WARRIOR as well, but I really don’t like dry pepper. Never mind, silver linings - the Chana puri starter filled me up, and my bf finished his main course and it’s funny to watch him sweating out of his eye sockets :joy:

Basically gonna spend the whole time recovering from burnout and flu
