Merry DiSmas/Solstice morning!

Feeling dead festive at last. Have too much to do today as R’s dad cancelled on him (surprise, surprise)… wondering if I can get R in on wrapping presents without it being a disaster, maybe if I just distract him with bubble wrap :thinking:

DiS meat tonight, hope I am not too worn out to be sociable.

had work xmas do last night, but still had to be up for a bleary school run this morning. Kids all packed off now so got a day of wrapping, sorting, last minute shopping and that sort of thing.

I had my work Christmas meal and drinks last night. I didn’t get home until 1am but I feel surprisingly fine this morning.

Lotta deer out.

I know they’re supposed to be scared of humans but can’t help but clench quite a lot when there’s a big group of very big lads with very big antlers staring at little old me and the dog as we walk past.

Last day of work until next Thursday today. Going for a meal tonight and then I will really get on the ales.

A vareity of things including"I’M NOT SI-ICK" at the top of her voice, and some sort of “nipples, boobies” one. She’s really into singing what she’s thinking or feeling, normally it’s “I don’t care” to the tune of Akuna Matata when I’m telling her off.
