HELP!

Those of you who have visited Edinburgh and have eaten in the centre of town… where would you recommend to some people who have never been here before? They want more traditional places and also places that are quite central. I never really venture there so I’m a bit stuck @Lo-Pan you eat in places in the centre, where? TELL ME! HEEELP. I feel like all I can recommend is a pizza!
