Good Morning!

Thank goodness it’s Friday. This has been a looooong week. My only five day week in work in May.

But we made it! Woohoo!

I’ve accidentally been looking at new cars. I don’t need a new car, but once Jimbo goes to school any new car I get will probably have to be a sensible family car, so this could be my last chance to get something moderately exciting. I wonder how much a Mini Cooper Convertible costs?

Morning all.

Gotta have a blood test today. Thought I’d get in as soon as the department opened and head straight to work, dramatically underestimating how many people need blood tests on a Friday morning. Been here an hour already. On number 90 atm, I have ticket no. 97. My boss is gonna be well pleased.

Not much else to report. Gonna try and have a sensible no booze Friday night with a chilli and a movie. The odds on me caving and picking up Some Cans on the way home aren’t worth putting your money on.

Electricity bill has come in which has fucked me for money. Could be asking the Bank of Mam for a lend. (Not as much of an issue as it was but I still don’t want to do it.)

Will just put the head down in work and try not to dread the phone call later.

Morning all. Spent the first hour of work moving over my new desk setup. The computer’s way faster which is ace but I can’t get my double screens set up and the desk isn’t high enough for me to cross my legs :triumph:

can you not offer to repay it in instalments? most suppliers will be ok with that if you contact them and explain your financial circumstances mean you can’t clear it in one payment

This is the problem, it’s already come out of my account in one go. Was distracted by work and medical stuff in the last two weeks and never thought to postpone it.

I’ll deal with it but it’s a pain in the arse. Just needed to grumble a bit!
