Yeah, they didn’t really put the effort in, and the running in support of the man on the ball was really poor.

The Dutch didn’t need to hit top gear, but some of their play was unreal.

Definitely take a sunhat/sunscreen tomorrow. Also, a jacket/top - when the sun went behind the hill and the breeze picked up it was a bit chilly.

Signed up to compete at a national tournament for jiujitsu, received quite a nice message afterwards about how my participation inspires others to give it a go.

My plan of a picnic on top of the Long Mynd has had to be downgraded to a Greggs (sausage roll, corned beef pasty and rhubarb and custard doughnut) on the Lickeys.
