think you have to be a realist with home made burgers though. you (well, me at least) can’t get the pan hot enough for that burger van crispy texture on the outside of the meat, the cheese isn’t the same shop bought either. don’t have a fryer atm for the fries either, so compromises have to be made to attain flavourtown.
