yeah there was a period after all the anaesthetic/sedation stuff she had wore off where it was clearly hurting loads, but a couple of ibuprofen and paracetamol seem to have done the trick for now. highlight of the day was when she was asleep on the sofa and I realised she was drooling blood

You took pics for later blackmail, right?

Reminds me of the time i got a tooth out and the dentist told me to do no exercise for at least 3 hours.
Of course i never listened to him and got straight on my bike and cycled the 7 miles into work with my mouth still numbed up.
Got into the office to bemused looks as my mouth had drooled blood all down my face and neck

there was one point earlier at the dentists where she was pulling some absolutely ridiculous faces without realising and I thought “I really should be photoing/videoing this” but I didn’t as I didn’t think the receptionist would have approved. As it is, I just have a blood staines cushion for evidence.

Flicking between the 6music stuff and Lethal weapon

the only things I remember from when I had some teeth out were insisting that I was fine to go home, standing up and instantly falling straight over, and getting a phone call on my mobile, picking it up, dropping it and then trying to talk to my empty hand.

I had a molar out when I was at uni. Ridiculous levels of blood. When straight back to the library after having it out. It was student elections at the time and you had to run a gauntlet of people canvassing for votes. One guy wouldn’t let me past so I just opened my bloody mouth and gawped at him - never seen someone move aside so quickly

Good tune!

Ugh this teeth chat reminds me I’ve to get a wisdom tooth out soon! :anguished:

I had a job interview today which means I am spending my evening going over everything I said in minute detail despite the fact there’s nothing I can do about it.

I had a couple of beers with work people then came home. I have my grandad a ring, he had a heart attack last wknd and, amazingly, was home from hospital by Wednesday after he had an angiogram and everything looked fine. Anyway he sounded exhausted from walking to the end of his street and back and it made me do a right sad. Then I ate a pizza and now I’m going to bed
