Just had an interview for my own job. Feels very weird.
I’m solo parenting tonight so I have some lush beers saved up for when kiddo is asleep. Might watch one of the Terminators as well.
Alright. Did fuck all today. Was quite nice. Making Jamie’s greens Mac and cheese for dinner and listening to the Slaughter Beach, Dog record (@ruffers, you’d dig this. Nice country adjacent stuff). Taking ages for this white sauce to thicken

Gamed a couple of deals on Uber eats to get a a load of probably mid tier takeaway (slim chickens) for a heavily reduced amount of money

tbh I am trying to engineer my way out so in some sense I’m hoping they don’t give me the job and make me redundant because then I’d be entitled to a very good payout. But then I’d have to find a job and urgh.

got to go get a jiffy bag to return a thing, maybe a new smaller saucepan, idk. should help with the aches to go for a walk, probs, bit miserable out tho
