Gotta get a big work day sorted then three days of glorious ‘no plans’ so am aiming to be the very definition of Milling Around
Non-working day, with the kiddo. Partner is away for work and not back til late. Going swimming later, then a walk round a local nature reserve with my mate and his daughter, then probably the pub and a chippy tea. Magic. Off all next week on holiday too.

Wor Lass got home quite late and didn’t bring me any pakora because apparently, “there weren’t any pakora.” She did bring back a copy of Jerusalem by Yottem Ottolenghi for some reason.
My voice still isn’t right but I’m hoping it will hold up until the weekend.

Grey and damp out again.
On the way to work and the heating on the train seems to be cranked up to ‘sauna’.
2 years, 2 months and 2 weeks after I started, I’m finally getting passed out at work today
Going out for a meal and a coupla beers tonight. Or maybe tomorrow. Haven’t decided yet.

I feel proper ill today
Pretty much committing to doing the bare minimum of work today, I’d have called in sick but I need to drop some stuff back at office cause fuck having that stuff in my bedroom for a long weekend.
And no one is in the office today so I can just nip in and get back home (having purchased the new Braids album!)
Went to see a great play last night (sorry xylo).
Got a new tour on Sunday and no one will be surprised to know I’ve not written it yet. Why do i do this?!

Just left kiddo at preschool for the first time. Madness.
Long weekend, got some friends coming round and need to sort the garden out (despite the fact it snowed yesterday).

Visited my new office yesterday and I think it left me more nervous, not less.
Landlord is inspecting my room before it goes up for rent next week so my mortal enemy this weekend is dust and moving heavy shit around. Still got hayfever too

Oh man, I would LOVE to see the Moulin Rouge musical, I spent my childhood duetting Elephant Love Medley with my sister on the walk to/from school 
definitely happening next time I am back in London.
Booked in for a massage this afternoon, I am beyond excited for that 
Alright? Payday innit so that’s nice. Also the horrible new accounts person that nobody liked has failed her probation and been let go so it’s party time here at the beer factory. Some of you should be getting a delivery today btw.
