Shite morning, load of normally inconsequential shot has gone wrong on an account that needs to be running perfectly which is fucking irritating.
Lurgy is lurking. Mrs stack has it. Offered to take some time off to nurse but she refused.
Plans for today: shave, watch football.
Got about 8 hours to fill in between
Morning team. Not up to much today. Most heroic thing will be spending approximately half an hour making a shoddy sign for a rally tomorrow.

It’ll be the first time in (I think) a decade that I’ve had a permanent job. (My last job at CAB was ‘officially’ permanent but funding was so unreliable that we were at regular threat of redundancy).

Working from a coffee shop right now as I’ve been at physio and the place is full of babies and mums.
They’re all so tiny and are actually all being quiet and cute. Impressive. Some really beautiful Mum’s knocking about these days, innit?

probs more just the fact that I’m nearer the same age (if not older ) than a lot of them so it’s more noticable, and maybe there is some latent broodiness in there somewhere that finds it attractive seeing them be adorable with their wee’ans? Dunno.
This is definitely a thing. Esp as I got older too.
I fixed 2 of 3 ‘shite morning’ problems. Relatively happy with this.

So basically everyone is ‘it’. When you tag someone they go on one knee and point at you, when you get tagged they can get up and start tagging others again. Good fun
That does sound good! Would have been really good to play when we were in Scouts. We just had normal tag back in my day.
