I was going to go for a run but it’s absolutely chucking it down, yet again. My knee isn’t quite right so it might be for the best.
Over being ill but my back is awful this morning. Terrified my dog with an involuntary scream when I got up just now

Been awake a while, I’m sure the bairns are imminently about to summon me but all quiet right now.

I’m up but that’s about it, some unexpected blue sky outside. Need to head out to the library and bookshop, bacon sandwich first and maybe some Coco pops as pudding.
