When doing up the house I would finish work at 5 and often work until 11 doing it up. As soon as I moved in, have barely done a single piece of DIY.
Not sure I’m in a position to start a property empire. Maybe a dolls house property empire. Paint some of those things like @Songs_about_ducking does?

Good morning all. Anticipating a busy day in work due it being a bank holiday here. Lots of terrified people who haven’t taxed their cars and are definitely going to get caught in checkpoints calling us.
Practice straight after work, then off to Mrs. K’s house to relax and watch ‘Game Of Thrones’. We’re up to the end of season one now! Wouldn’t mind a few beers but she’s working for St. Patrick’s Day all day tomorrow so we might take it easy.
