Hello.
Pilates / gym, as it’s the first time they’ve been open all week. Back home for lunch then popping round my parents as it’s negative COVID tests all round so we’re going to exchange gifts.
Been awake since 5:30am for no reason. Annoying. Did read a chunk of my book though.

Anyway, combining work with childcare today. I’ve got a couple of bits I need to help with, but normally we clock off around 2/3pm on the last working day of the year. Shame nobody told my colleague who has scheduled in a 2.30 meeting.
Pay day today. Got a pay rise backdated to April. All gone on the credit card.
Daughter has a playdate in town. Hoping the weather is ok today.

Morning all!
The Child’s cough seems much better than it did last night so that’s a good sign. It’d be good to be able to get out and about today but we’ll see how things go.
We need to do a bit of food shopping and collect steak pies to take down to my parents tomorrow so that’s a job.
I’m playing football later.

The TV has gone home for the first time since last Friday (back later though).
Going to tidy the house and see the new Ghibli. Another theatre trip this evening.

Might have a nice bowl of porridge for breakfast.
It is not currently raining, so might take dog for a quick spin.
Working 1.30-11 again. Praying that the last couple of hours is cancelled again like yesterday because it is just the worst job.
