Morning all!

Dead easy early afternoon of timed assessments followed by a harder later afternoon of interviewing students about their poor attendance. Should probably do work this morning but I would probably be better leaving it for a week.

Curry with work colleagues tonight.

Today is my Friday but it is followed by six consecutive Saturdays.

is that a dwarf hamster? my sister had one when she was a kid. I always thought it was cruel to keep in the cage, so I used to let it have free reign in my bedroom. with the door shut, obviously

anyway, one day my sister busted in to my room and stood on the hamster. it was shaking like fuck and my sister was beside herself with grief and I wasn’t sure what to do with the hamster. flush it down the loo? chuck it out the window. luckily, it carked it about a minute later and we buried him in the garden.

Hey gang! Third of my five days off. Been bliss tbh. Using up holiday days to have a couple of long weekends before Xmas gets underway. Argh!

Tomorrow: if plasticmike is feeling up to it (still got a dodgy elbow) I am going to drag him to Brockley Market for breakfast, then go see Blade Runner 2049. Low in the evening, anyone else going?
