Half day today, getting the :train: to :cityscape: (London) at lunchtime. Hanging out with some mates for the weekend, and going to see the Flaming Lips tomorrow. Also potentially on the cards: drinking at Beavertown, and going to the V&A exhibition on the late sixties. Should be a good’un.

The place I go to doesn’t have an actual gym, just a studio that does HIIT classes.
Been obsessed with this Warrior class. It burns 1000 calories in an hour, it’s fucking HARD. But I’ve managed to go up from lifting 4s only to lifting 6s.

I’m going to get a skipping rope for the summer so I can do some in the garden. I remember doing it ages ago and found it MEGA hard. I wanna do a few more random classes every now and then but what I really wanna do is start hula hooping classes :slight_smile:

Yeah it’s class, a mate works there so we inevitably end up drinking there whenever I’m in London. Great place to spend a day!

it’s nice innit. is it always open i.e. even in winter? go there in summer and drink a few and eat some chips but think it could be pretty bleak and empty in winter I/winter II.

On my way to the airport to head home. Going to try and do some work for a last minute presentation I’ve just found out about which is due Monday, but likely going to eat heavily in to my weekend.

Have 4 hour band practice scheduled for tomorrow afternoon in London, which is going to take pretty much all my Saturday away too.
