Correct

Wanted to see what Orange Vanilla is like. Could only find a shop selling some a year past their best before, which I ordered. Had to get the Dr Pepper to bring the total up to a minimum required. Having a midlife crisis.

I don’t know how I’m going to readjust to society when it’s safe to go out again

Nothing like the self-loathing that ensues from ordering an expensive item of clothing that looks shit on you

Exactly the same problem, looked amazing on the model, looks like a shapeless bin bag on me

I don’t think a tshirt for a tooth is a great trade

Speak for your own teeth, that’d be bargain of the century for me.

I had this recently, and was dreading it, especially as my sister’s partner had recently spent 48 hours just pacing up and down with wisdom tooth pain. But then it disappeared, so hopefully the same will happen for you :crossed_fingers:

Absolutely lazing to a fault today

Got to a point of feeling totally listless

Touch wood. They haven’t come through yet so any pain could just be them starting to think about it.

Can’t taste any orange at all, wtf? Even if I try really hard

Have your sense of smell/taste come back properly after covid?

Smell is still probably about 60-70% of what it was

Fucking annoying

That’s a bit shit but not as bad as none. Fingers crossed the rest comes back in time. Apparently some people with long covid improve after vaccination as well.

Cheers

It’s like there’s a certain frequency of smells that I still can’t pick up because I don’t have the bandwidth, no change at all from about a week after I first lost it

I’m in a strange situation myself. I didn’t really realise that (I think) I had covid at any point until way later when my smell has been kind of off and on a bit weird. Like shampoo and toothpaste sometimes smells horrible, and sometimes smells normal

Yeah it can cause that

Weird thing for me is that my smell disappeared a couple of days into the flu-like symptoms I had, not right at the beginning like before anything else which I was under the impression is more typical

Woke up in the middle of the night panicking thinking I wasn’t taking in oxygen properly but it was actually the loss of smell had manifested, I suppose there’s some level of fragrance whenever you breathe nasally and that had gone which made me think I wasn’t breathing properly
