Left my laptop charger and phone charger in the office yesterday by accident.
Had to do a 1.5hr round trip to get them this morning, counts as work doesn’t it.
Donation cancelled as my hematocrit levels have been too low. Was kind of hoping it would happen as it’s way more faff than regular blood donations. Also means I’ll be able to do some heavy work at the allotment and treat myself to a beer after.

Today is my Friday. Also my Monday - been off all week, in today, then off overseas tomorrow for a week’s work.
Too much work to do, and need to squeeze in a 10k run at some point. Also do some washing and get my packing planned.

I only as I once donated plasma and fainted. I don’t remember any of the screening beforehand.

Heard a massive Hercules aeroplane fly very low earlier. Scary! And a bit cool. Apparently they’re practicing air-drops for aide relief or something

Afternoon all!
It my last day of Spring Break(!) and I’ve spent it doing admin and doing washing up.
I think it’s a similar process, takes 60-90 minutes but you can donate more often. The screening beforehand is pretty much the same as regular blood donating, these low results were based on previous donations but they didn’t do a great job of contacting me about it or cancelling this appointment.
Surprisingly nice out, but of a nothing day though so working away with the cricket on YouTube.
Used twickets to sell for the first time, such an easy process.
Having been in a meeting yesterday, where I was sat next to 2 people coughing, im starting to feel a bit shit. FFS.

Fucked off the ridiculous bike ride after realising I’d fucked it by forgetting trains don’t allow bikes on at certain times. Heading out for a short one instead followed by beers and then looking at a few options for tomorrow or sunday instead like ldn-Southend
