From memory, my inhaler used to be 200ug per dose. I think they also do 100ug and 400ug variations.

PED - Performance Enhancing Drug. Doesnāt have to be on a banned list. But yes, Salbutamol is a PED. Plenty out there on its benefits to athletes

Thereās zilcho evidence that inhaled salbutamol is p/e. On the plus side, it does make breathing easier, but its side effects are thought to cancel out any athletic advantage. Oral (tablet form) salbutamol, however, has anabolic-like effects and is not covered by the same exemption.

Uneducated guess on why there is a particular limit set on it, as someone was asking, would be that its to try and prevent the use of the Oral/IV route you mention.
Thatās cool. Iām obviously not an expert (Iām a retail manager FFS) but there is a reason why this is a controlled substance and that can only be for health reasons, or for performance reasons.
