I have no idea why but system no longer notifies me - proof - as I posted the Jas Mann picture.

That’s because if you look at the post it hasn’t updated the upload.
It only happens if you link to stuff externally. I think if you paste in from the clipboard or if you upload then system won’t need to make a local copy so you don’t get the page updated.
He’s missing out on a lot of quality content!
