Funding for musician outside the UK

Hi all :slight_smile: I’m helping a friend to raise money for her new album and I was wondering if anyone knew of unusual sources of funding? I know of the obvious ones such as the Arts Council, etc - the difficulty is that although she is Scottish, she lives in the Netherlands so isn’t eligible for any of those kinds of grants. Does anyone know of any private or non-British based funders for new, heartful, folky, transformational music?? She has released two albums already and does regular gigs.
