Here in Aus the time for face to face D&D may be returning!

It’s been so long I feel a bit odd about the prospect.

And THPS ports to GBA back in the day. And THPS4 for PS1 lol. They’ve done some good work. (Not a joke)

huh? steam link just plays whatever’s on yr pc tho as long as steam is running. i’ve used mine to play with launchbox/emulators.
at least that’s true of the old hardware version. dunno if there’s something funky with the app version.

Its dynamite

I’m not sure the app version will work so well with a Bluetooth controller on my phone. Will investigate later.

Good fun, some of it has aged but a lot of great moments that make it worth 3 50

Also a good laugh to dick about in the sandbox

This looks cool

Played a bit of Siren Blood Curse at lunch. So fucking dark, can’t see shit. Spooky though. Crap controls.

Songs from the original soundtrack - don’t expect the full thing; would be a licensing nightmare to achieve.

the behind the scenes video said most songs, just one or two they struggled to license.

Geoff Keighly fest starts today 4pm GMT (basically a replacement for E3) with (I think weekly) showcases and interviews.

Just an UT5 tech demo and a lot of dull discussion about stuff you probably dont care about for 30mins.

This is the engine btw

Its recorded via HDMI running on a PS5 Dev Kit - so is a good indicator of what to expect when other devs start using it - and getting used to it.

looks the same as games now to me

The takeaway is the dynamics that can be utilised and now more polygon budgets.

They used examples of user created maps having as good AI mapping, lighting and contextual interactions as those designed by developers due to the need to program these indvidually for each map being removed.

Also there is no game I have on my PC that can run in 4k at that level of fidelity and framerate. I’m not sure any game currently looks THAT good.
