The worst case scenario for me is that I can play strategy/RPG stuff in bed, and fully emulate all consoles up to Wii gen. I’m ok with that.

playing silent hill 2 enhanced edition coz some nerds did some new updates or something. thought i’d play it on hard for a bit of a laff and there’s one bit that’s so hard that i actually got stuck. died 5 times trying to do it?!?! if i’m not even good at sh2 then my life means nothing.
It does seem a bit too good to be true. But maybe it’s one of those things where the consumer gets a sweat deal (at least in the short term) and someone else foots the bill.
Probably around £620 for the 512gb model then? Not sure how 64gb would work for me. My Series x is full and have another 2tb full on an external hard drive.

well I used to have an Atari Lynx. Does this thing let you flip it over to play left handed like the Lynx? heh?
Looks pretty amazing tbh. Wonder what the resolution options will be when hooked up to a monitor - ie will it literally let you go up 4K with horrendous performance, or only allow up to 1080p or something. Suspect the former if it is just basically a tiny pc. But that’ll need some serious cooling.
Unless the AMD dynamic resolution scaling thing ends up being a big leap up from DLSS then I can see the docked performance being a bit mince. Think they’ll get away with a lot by only having to do 720p for handheld.
Plus a micro SD slot. If I was less of a mug I’d get the cheapest one but I really want that exclusive Steam profile page swag that comes with the swanky one, so
